NewYear 2009

With fresh starts of new year 2009, also after an errands from holidays,finally back home....I hate that most because holidays for me will never be enough,i want more holidays,, travelling around with family members. I can tell you i'm very much in ''shut down'' mode missing my holidays..which means i'm so non-productive stage now.
College days starting,and is time for me to get back on my normal track,hope to note more soon.

Hong Kong heartthrob Andy Lau to marry Malaysian gir

Congratulation Andy Lau!!Wish you marry happily and you are my idol forever.
After 23 years of keeping their romance under wraps, Hong Kong heartthrob Andy Lau Tak Wah and his Malaysian girlfriend Carol Chu will walk down the aisle next year.

The couple, who got to know each other in 1985, have chosen Pulau Redang in Terengganu, as the site for their lavish wedding ceremony to avoid paparazzi.

Hong Kong magazine “Three Weekly” reported that the 47-year-old Lau got the idea of getting married on the resort island from his buddy Tony Leung Chiu Wai, who recently tied the knot with China beauty Carina Lau Kar Ling.

The magazine reported that Andy had been vehemently denying his relationship with Chu for fear that his fans would not support him but Chu’s appearance at Lau’s concert early this year had fuelled the rumour mill.During a concert last month, Andy set tongues wagging when he asked his fans if idols could have girlfriends and get married.

Chu’s romance with Andy is believed to have started not long after she was named second runner-up in a beauty contest in 1985.In May this year, Andy was spotted at the wedding ceremony of Chu’s sister in Kuala Lumpur.

Cakes cafe

Walk across the town,few blockes from the place i stay,there's a newly opened cakes cafe,serving different kinds of delicious cakes and pies.This reminded me of this movie called Blueberry pie,a romantic movie?or a movie with sucks ending,i dont' know..Anywhere,i caught a blueberry pie too from this shop..
Just manage to snap a photo right after the servant bended down to pick up something,hehe..

Hundred innocents killed in Mumbai!!!

i were shocked with today's news,happened in Mumbai,India where 104 people were killed and 314 injured by bands of gunmen who invaded two five star hotels, a popular restaurant, a crowded train station, a Jewish center and at least five other sites, armed with assault rifles, hand grenades and explosives.Whiles others hundred were still held hostages.

This is a sad tragedy because it would always involve innocents people,,and mostly tourists who happen to enjoy their holiday but end up in death roll..I hope the rest of hostages will be released soon,,,

That says it all, doesn't it? The mother of two hasn't had much success when it comes to dating. how bad is recession?

When i first heard of recession around late September, it start getting on my nerve...because this is the time where jobless rate climbing up,companies closing down,,my daddy as trader wil be sure affected badly.Although he is reluctant to talk about them,but i know well hows' thing getting on..b my dad had scratch off my monthly extra-tips,with reason of recession,,and nw i realized recession is melting down slowly my family's economic too..

Quite a long time no new post at my blog, due to my heavy workload(exercise works),everyday have to write different kinds of essay,so boring and really kill me.I have no choice,teacher will smack me if i didn't pass up my work next day.

1)Swap Your Carb

2)Trade In Your Fat
Toss out the bad fats in your diet ,which is saturated and trans fat ,and replace them with good fats, with Omega 3 fatty acids from fish sources can reduce skin cancer risk

3)Citri-cize Your Diet
Citrus fruits play an important role in keeping your skin looking young. That's because the antioxidant Vitamin C found in citrus "is involved in the formation of collagen, a protein that binds cells and tissues together.In other words, collagen helps keep your skin firm and hence reduces wrinkling. Therefore, include more Vitamin C-rich foods such as oranges, grapefruit, kiwis, strawberries, red bell peppers, and broccoli in your diet.

4)Keep the Strings and Peels
There are more health reasons to add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Silica found in plant-based foods can help maintain the elasticity of your skin and improve your complexion. So if possible, enjoy the whole fruit and vegetable, like cucumber skin and the strings of celery and asparagus.

5)Stay hydrated
Fluids keep your skin hydrated and help flush toxins. Drink at least 6 cups of fluids - water and tea - every day.Drinking black, green, and white teas for their beneficial flavonoid content. Skip the cream and sugar to make them calorie-free.

New President of Taiwan

Ma Ying-jeou of Taiwan's opposition Kwomintang Party, has won the presidential elections in Taiwan.He swept to victory against former-prime minister Frank Hsieh, the candidate for the ruling Democratic Progressive Party.I am happy with our new elected Taiwan President.

He is probably normalizing relations with China and establishing close trade relations with the mainland.I think this move is important as it can bring a long term peace between two lands.And i hope peace will remain forever.However,Taiwan as a country is still unchangable.

No matter who's our new President,Taiwan is still a democracy country.This ideology had been implanted since long ago,and for now is still democracy,and so in the future.We love the freedom,human right we having now.ONce again,congrates to our new President.

Headache and stomachache

i felt my head going to burst.I know i have headache again.And my mood is deep down into sea.I dont know...I have this regular headache once a while,When i come over here,with the hot sunning weather,my condition getting worse.So i just let doctor deal with my problem.

Went to the hospital,doctor told me i had this thing called migraine,i not exactly understand what does it mean,but i'm going find out more through web.He explained me is kind of regular headache,and due to my changing of my body,you know,girl stuff,thats why i have these problems.I just need more rest,sleep well.I dont' know,maybe i am home-sicking badly,i just want to go home,see my mum ,and i miss her so much.But now i just can be more patient,few more months to go.So,i just note my feeling in blog,so i feel much better...

Facial day

Today me,stepsister,and stepmum went to facial,feel so refresh now,especially after a perfect massage.We signed up for a package,that mean every Saturday we will return and continue our "treatment" for 1 month course.Haha,,i like it really,to keep my face smooth always....but it is quite expensive,i dont want to spend more on my stepmum money,i told her after the course,we wont attend again for another course,it is really waste of money.I rather buy the facial things and do it myself at home.

Aska Yang

Bought an album of Aska Yang,around 600taipi. This album called 'KeZhi',in english means pigeon,am i right?i not very sure...haha.This album is really nice ,i no kidding,Aska Yang has the perfect wonderful voice,each of his song is nice,touching,and emotional,thats what i could describe.i hope his 2nd album will be released as soon as possible,because i really want to hear more songs from him.He is my super idole now.

They are coming to Malaysia for a concert,Xgb and together with Fahrenheit ,i will be there in that concert,if i manage to buy a ticket of course.But right now,i am listening Aska's song with my ipod~~~
